Employers. We store your name, organisation, email, and billing identifiers needed to run your account. Authentication uses email magic links only — we never store passwords.
Candidates. The email you use for an invite is kept on the invite record only until you verify your one-time code. After verification, we replace it with a one-way hash and never retain your raw answers. We store scores and a generated evaluation report so your assessor can review results.
Retention. Candidate assessment sessions are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission. Employers may delete individual sessions earlier from their dashboard.
There is no shared candidate profile across assessments and no cross-assessment identity beyond what an employer can see in their own account.
